All exterior alteration, additions or improvements to your home or property must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for review and approval PRIOR to any work initiated.

1. Download and complete the ARCHITECTURAL CHANGE REQUEST FORM
2. Attach final plans, drawings, samples, exact color descriptions and titles.
3. Forward (email is acceptable) the ACC form and all other attachments to the property management company, ACCU, Inc.
4. The ACC will review your request and if necessary will make arrangements with you to discuss any specific questions or concerns.
5. Once your request is approved you will be sent an approval letter from ACCU, Inc.
6. You may begin work after receipt of the approval letter.
7. Please notify ACCU, Inc once your project is complete.
